18.06.2025 : Woon je in een VvE en wil je jouw woning verduurzamen? Dan kun je in Leiden terecht bij het VvE-loket van de gemeente Leiden.
English follows the Dutch text Tot augustus 2025 wordt dit loket bemenst door twee medewerkers die al tientallen jaren ervaring hebben met het verduurzamen van diverse VvE’s. Zij kunnen heel snel, professioneel en gratis meedenken over wat in jouw (VvE-) situatie de beste vervolgstappen zijn; zowel financieel als qua duurzaamheid.
Hoe het VvE-loket na augustus wordt bemenst is nog niet duidelijk. Dus mocht je advies willen voor je VvE, dan is het raadzaam om tijdig contact op te nemen!

Making your VvE (Homeowners Association) more sustainable?
Do you live in a VvE and do you want to make your home more sustainable? Then you can go to the VvE counter of the municipality of Leiden in Leiden. Until August 2025, this counter will be staffed by two employees who have decades of experience in making various VvEs more sustainable. They can quickly, professionally and free of charge think along about what the best next steps are in your (VvE) situation; both financially and in terms of sustainability.
It is not yet clear how the VvE counter will be staffed after August. So if you want advice for your VvE, it is advisable to contact us in good time!
