20.10.2026 : Op dinsdag 24 november is er een informatieavond over warmteoplossingen voor jouw woning. Meerdere deskundige wijkgenoten geven een presentatie. Zij hebben zelf een onafhankelijke tool gebouwd om te berekenen wat de beste keuze is voor jouw situatie; zowel financieel als voor het klimaat.

Opties in de tool zijn met name:

  • Een warmtepomp? Wat voor warmtepomp dan?
  • Het warmtenet?
  • Je cv-ketel?
Deze tool wordt gedemonstreerd en is na de informatieavond voor iedereen beschikbaar. Ook wordt een update gegeven over de plannen van de gemeente voor onze wijk.

Waarom deze avond belangrijk is
Als je na 1 januari 2029 je cv ketel moet vervangen is een (slimme) hybride of volledig elektrische warmtepomp verplicht. Deze avond helpt je om goed voorbereid te zijn op die verandering.

De bijeenkomst is niet alleen interessant voor bewoners met een koopwoning, inclusief VvE, maar ook voor particuliere [ver]huurders (wijs uw huisbaas gerust op deze avond!).

Information Evening – The Best Heating Solution for Your Home
On Tuesday, November 24, we are hosting an information evening about heating solutions for your home. Several knowledgeable neighbors will give a presentation. They have developed an independent tool to help you calculate the best option for your specific situation—considering both financial aspects and climate impact.

The tool covers options such as:
  • A heat pump—and if so, which type?
  • A district heating network?
  • Your existing central heating boiler?
The tool will be demonstrated during the event and will be made available to everyone afterward. We will also provide an update on the municipality’s plans for our neighborhood.

Why this evening is important
If you need to replace your central heating boiler after January 1, 2029, you will be required to install a (smart) hybrid or fully electric heat pump. This evening will help you prepare for that transition.

This meeting is relevant not only to homeowners (including those in an Owners' Association/VvE) but also to private landlords and tenants (feel free to let your landlord know about this event!).
