Op reis met de nieuwe OV-pas / Traveling with the new OV-Pay (public transport pass)

04.03.2026: Het betalen in het openbaar vervoer is aan het veranderen. Reizen met trein, bus en tram gaat over op OVpay. In- en uitchecken kan vanaf nu eenvoudig met de nieuwe OV-pas of de betaalpas.

Daarmee is OVpay de opvolger van de vertrouwde OV-chipkaart.

Wanneer?
Maandag- t/m vrijdagochtend van 10.00 tot 12.00 uur  
Dinsdag- en donderdagmiddag van 13.30 tot 15.00 uur  
Maandag- en woensdagavond van 18.30 tot 20.00 uur

Traveling with the new OV-Pay
Paying for public transport is changing. Traveling by train, bus, and tram is switching to OVpay. Checking in and out is now easy with the new OV-Pay or your debit card. This makes OVpay the successor to the trusted OV-chipkaart.
