Welke verbouwingen raken de schil?
Verbouwingen die de schil raken zijn spouwmuurisolatie, kozijnen vervangen, dakraam of dakkapel plaatsen en het dak van buitenaf isoleren.

Onderzoek
Om vooral de vleermuispopulatie te beschermen moet nu altijd een ‘eDNA’ onderzoek worden uitgevoerd. Als in dat onderzoek vleermuissporen worden gevonden, is vervolgonderzoek nodig. Bij appartementen is zo’n vervolgonderzoek zelfs altijd nodig.

Hulp gemeente
Om er voor te zorgen dat niet iedereen individueel dit onderzoek hoeft te doen, voert de gemeente nu een ‘soortenmanagementplan’ uit. Met dit plan wordt voor hele wijken vergunning aangevraagd. Voor onze wijk is het plan naar verwachting in 2027 klaar.

Rules for changes to the structure of your house have been tightened
Are you planning to renovate the shell of your house? Please note that the rules have been tightened.

Which renovations are affected?
Renovations that affect the shell include cavity wall insulation, replacing window frames, installing a skylight or dormer window, and insulating the roof from the outside.

Research
To protect the bat population in particular, an eDNA test is now always required. If bat tracks are found in this test, follow-up testing is required. For apartments, such a follow-up test is even always required.

Municipal Assistance
To ensure that not everyone has to conduct this test individually, the municipality is now implementing a species management plan. This plan is used to apply for permits for entire neighborhoods. The plan for our neighborhood (Profburgwijk ) is expected to be completed in 2027.
