Het is extra de moeite waard, want we vieren dan ook feest: ons derde zonnedak is immers operationeel. Zo rond de zonnewende, met de meest zonnige dagen en de meeste zonne-opbrengst is natuurlijk een uitstekend moment om dat te vieren! Neem gerust je familie, buren en vrienden mee om het nieuwe dak mee te vieren en meer over Zon op Leiden te horen.

Inhoud ALV
Het bestuur presenteert de resultaten over 2024. Wat was de opbrengst van onze zonnecentrales? En wat levert dat op? We doen een voorstel voor de uitkering over 2024 aan alle certificaathouders. Over dat voorstel besluiten alle aanwezige leden dan samen . Extra bijzonder: mogelijk is voor Houtkwartier inmiddels de volledige inleg terugverdiend en wordt echt winst gemaakt.
Verder besluiten we of ons nieuwe dak op de Lorentzschool ook laten meedoen met ons solidariteitsprincipe waarin we de kosten en baten van de drie daken optellen en samen verdelen in plaats van elk dak apart te berekenen.
Ook presenteert de door de ALV ingestelde werkgroep Einde project een voorstel hoe we het ontmantelen van een dak financieel regelen.
Oftewel: belangrijke punten om over mee te beslissen.
En uiteraard vertellen we ook over de kansen voor nieuwe projecten waar we aan werken – en altijd hulp bij kunnen gebruiken!
De stukken worden minstens 7 dagen voor de ALV aan de leden toegestuurd.
Zon op Leiden : AGM & party!
On June 24th, the general members meeting (AGM) will take place. Are you coming? It is extra worthwhile, because we will also be celebrating then: our third solar roof is operational. Around the solstice, with the sunniest days and the most solar yield, is of course an excellent time to celebrate! Feel free to bring your family, neighbors and friends to celebrate the new roof and hear more about Zon op Leiden.

Contents AGM
The board presents the results for 2024. What was the yield of our solar power stations? And what does that yield? We make a proposal for the payment for 2024 to all certificate holders. All members present then decide on that proposal together. Extra special: it is possible that Houtkwartier has now earned back the entire investment and is actually making a profit.
Furthermore, we decide whether our new roof on the Lorentzschool will also participate in our solidarity principle in which we add up the costs and benefits of the three roofs and divide them together instead of calculating each roof separately.
The End of Project working group set up by the AGM also presents a proposal on how we will arrange the financial dismantling of a roof.
In other words: important points to help decide on.
And of course we also tell you about the opportunities for new projects that we are working on - and can always use help with!
