Start bouw SAAM / Start construction SAAM

21.05.2025 : In 2013 kwamen ouderen uit de wijk voor het eerst samen met de vraag hoe ouder worden in de wijk beter kon. Een van de grootste dromen was gezamenlijke huisvesting.

Die droom komt uit. Deze maand is de bouw van woonproject SAAM officieel van start gegaan. Eind 2026 worden de 60 woningen opgeleverd. Net als in de droom staan gemeenschappelijkheid, duurzaamheid en toekomstbestendigheid centraal. Lees hier meer.

Start construction SAAM

In 2013 a group of elderly neighbors came together, asking themselves the question how becoming older could be facilitated better in our neighborhood. One of their biggest dreams was communal housing. That dream comes true. This month the construction of the residential project SAAM has started. The 60 appartments will be completed at the end of 2026. Just like in the early dreams commonality, sustainablility and being future-proof are central elements. Read more (Dutch).
