16.08.2025 : Doel van het VvEcafé; het café is een laagdrempelige mogelijkheid om meer te weten te komen over de mogelijkheden voor VvE’s om te verduurzamen.
English follows the Dutch text Zeker voor kleine VvE’s interessant, omdat zij vaak alles zelf moeten organiseren en regelen.

Voorbeelden van onderwerpen zijn:

• Waar ga je starten?
• Het uitvragen van offertes
• Hoe zit het met de gebruikersrechten van het VvE-dak?

In Leiden zijn heel veel VvE’s. En veel VvE bewoners willen graag energie besparen en comfortabel wonen. Maar zeker niet op kosten gejaagd worden.

In het café kunnen bewoners van VvE’s kennis vergaren, vragen stellen en ervaringen delen. Want er is heel veel mogelijk, er zijn veel subsidies die zorgen dat de kosten laag blijven en het resultaat zorgt dat bewoners comfortabel wonen en minder energiekosten hebben.

Voor het organiseren van het VvEcafé is het fijn als er vooraf vragen gesteld worden, zodat we hier op in kunnen spelen. Voor de eerste avond denken we aan het onderwerp: “Het VvEdak, alleen of samen?”

Het eerste VvEcafé is donderdag 21 augustus. We nodigen jullie uit op donderdag 21 augustus in het Marathonbureau, adres is J.C. de Rijpstraat 20. Vanaf 19.30 inloop en om 20.00 starten we. Aanmelden hoeft niet, maar mag wel bij team@duurzaamleiden.com

Launch of a new Homeowners' Association Café in Leiden
The goal of the Homeowners' Association Café is to provide an accessible way for homeowners' associations (VvEs) to learn more about sustainability options. This is especially interesting for smaller VvEs, as they often have to organize and manage everything themselves.

Examples of topics include:

• - Where to start?
• - Requesting quotes
• - What about the user rights of the VvE roof?

There are many VvEs in Leiden. Many VvE residents want to save energy and live comfortably, but certainly not be pressured into paying the price.
At the café, VvE residents can gain knowledge, ask questions, and share experiences.
There are many possibilities, and numerous subsidies keep costs low, resulting in comfortable living and lower energy bills.

Before organizing the Homeowners' Association Café, it's helpful to ask questions beforehand so we can address them. For the first evening, we're considering the topic: "The VvE Roof, alone or together?"
The first VvE Café is Thursday, August 21st. We invite you to join us at the Marathon Office, located at J.C. de Rijpstraat 20. Doors open at 7:30 PM, and we'll start at 8:00 PM. Registration is not required, but you can register at team@duurzaamleiden.com.
